01 How many coaching sessions do people normally have?
It takes most guys around 10 sessions of Personal Development Coaching to get a firm grip on their situation. Ultimately it depends upon your goals, but you can expect to make gains in every session.
02 Am I expected to do homework?
There are some practical exercises for you to experiment with in your normal life. You're not obliged to do them, but you'll accelerate if you do. We also offer recommended readings that will help expedite your success.
03 What if I don't like my coach?
It's important to connect and establish rapport with your coach. If for some reason you don't click, we'll reassign you to another one. All of your notes will be transferred, so you don't lose any ground.
04 Can we get coaching sessions over video chat?
All sessions are delivered through secure PIPEDA-compliant video conferencing services. We also provide a secure client portal for document retrieval, communication, scheduling and more.
05 How long are the coaching sessions?
Sessions can be anywhere between 30 and 120 minutes. You get to choose how long. Outside of the sessions, there are reading and homework assignments you can choose to complete. They are not mandatory but they will expedite your progress.
06 Is it like a course?
It is like a course because we will work with you to create a coaching plan when we first get started. Everything we do from that point forward will be targeted toward the outcomes specified. Some guys take a little bit longer depending on their goals, application of effort, and the complexity of their situation.
