He is originally from Scotland, and married with two adolescent children. He has a calm, bright, and positive demeanour and he likes to incorporate humour into his sessions which allows him to have strong rapport building skills with his clients. Simon likes to take a values & strengths based approach; you will work with him to explore the “why” before the “how.” He works with clients who would like to work on emotional exploration, emotional regulation (anger management) and with those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, OCD, relationship issues/stress, parenting, and work related stress/burnout. Simon also works with clients who are experiencing life transitions (student to workplace or workplace to retirement/ empty nesters), mid-life identity issues, by bringing a supportive and goal-oriented approach to sessions
