She is originally from Australia, and moved to Canada 20 years ago. She lives on Vancouver Island and loves spending her time outdoors. Louise is in her mid 50’s, she is a Master’s level clinician and has been counselling for almost 20 years. Louise is very down to earth and likes to use humour in her practice. She focuses on positive psychology and increasing resiliency with her clients. Louise works with clients from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ2S+ community, experiencing strained family relationships & family dynamics, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, negative thinking patterns, interpersonal relationship issues (including divorce), life transitions, issues with emotional regulation & anger management/frustration, self-esteem, and building resilience. In couples work she can help guide her clients through healing of past hurts, improving communication, conflict resolution, and building intimacy.
